Retro-X is the latest version of Retro Cave Flyer, a skill-based Lunar-Lander style game where you must save the day by rescuing stranded scientists.
Retro-X features 23 challenging levels, some of which have been known to make grown men cry on the hardest physics options for the more descerning players and Booster Packs for getting stragglers out of tricky situations.
Controls:
- Tilt the iPhone/iPod Touch gently to tilt your craft.
- Touch anywhere on the screen to apply thrust.
- Land next to scientists to save them.
- Land next to Fuel Pods (they're hard to miss) to refuel.
Tips:
- Use short controlled bursts to fly through tight spaces.
- Refuelling also replenishes shields.
- Upon death, you'll respawn on the last platform you landed on.
- It pays to be patient!
